Call companions is a free service for older people (75+) who are lonely, isolated or in need of companionship and feel they would enjoy a friendly phone call every week or two. Whatever you chat about, it will help lift your spirits; make you feel whole again and more connected to the world.

The Brain Charity – Telephone Befriending

The brain charity offer support to individuals with brain injury and neurological conditions. They offer a telephone befriending service which is free to sign up. They also offer a number of social activities at their centre based in Liverpool, such as table tennis, social groups, arts and crafts, and exercise groups, to name but a few.
